How our summer gathering at King Peter I’s House went?

This year’s summer gathering of our community took place on June 4 at the House of King Peter I, a venue that brought a different atmosphere to our meetup and provided a wonderful setting for conversations, the exchange of experiences, and new connections.

This time, we reflected on what we bring back with us from living and studying abroad, and how those experiences can become a driving force for positive change within our communities.

Our speakers, Danica Janković, President of the Chevening Alumni Association, and Luka Milovanović, a member of our team currently pursuing a master’s degree in London, shared their stories with us. Although their professional paths are quite different, both stories were connected by the same idea: that experiences gained abroad are most valuable when they are transformed into meaningful contributions to the communities we come from. Throughout the conversation, we touched on topics such as education, professional development, and community, while also exploring how the knowledge, networks, and perspectives we gain abroad can help drive positive change back home.
