The Talent.Ecosystem initiative, launched in December 2023 by Returning Point and the Fund for Young Talents, serves as an important bridge connecting Fund students with leading companies in the region. This platform aims to inspire young talents, particularly students currently studying abroad, to return to their home country after completing their education and contribute to its development.
As a significant step towards connecting the local companies with our students abroad, a recent visit to Nordeus was organised. During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s operations and growth from Ivan Stojisavljević, Chief Technology Officer and one of the Nordeus’ co-founders. He shared key lessons and experiences the company has gained while developing globally successful video games.
After the inspiring talk and valuable insights into the industry, the scholarship recipients toured the Nordeus offices, where their most famous game, the mobile football manager Top Eleven, was created.
The visit concluded in the welcoming atmosphere of the Nordeus Sports Bar, where the scholarship recipients continued to socialise and exchange experiences with the company’s employees.
This visit was a valuable experience for them, offering both motivation for future professional challenges and inspiration to take their first career steps in a company like Nordeus.
