The Talent.Ecosystem initiative, launched in December 2023, continues to make significant strides in connecting young talents with the Serbian economy. This unique platform, a joint project of Returning Point and the Fund for Young Talents of the Republic of Serbia, was presented last week at the HR Forum of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham Serbia), gathering representatives from AmCham member companies.
The goal of the initiative is to provide young scholarship holders of the Fund for Young Talents with an opportunity to connect with employers in Serbia and find professional development opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions. At the HR Forum, Uroš Živković, the Program Director of Returning Point, presented the progress of the initiative and explained how the Talent.Ecosystem platform can help young people find the right opportunities in the job market.
Innovative Platform as a Bridge Between Talent and Employers
Talent.Ecosystem is a free online platform developed in collaboration with Simply Works – the app enables young talents to connect with relevant employers in Serbia, creating opportunities for internships, employment, and business collaborations, while also providing support to employers in finding the most suitable candidates. This project not only helps young people align their skills and ambitions with the needs of the labor market but also promotes the development of local talent, creating stronger business networks and contributing to the growth and innovation of domestic companies.
Continued Development and Expansion of the Initiative
This event is one of many planned activities that the Talent.Ecosystem initiative will carry out to support young people in their professional orientation. The platform will continue to develop and expand to include a larger number of users and provide better connections for young talents with opportunities in the job market.
