Belgrade 21st of December 2023 – In a festive atmosphere, Returning Point and the Fund for Young Talents of the Republic of Serbia officially launched the Talent.Ecosystem initiative, bringing together representatives from the business sector, returnees, international organisations, and public sector experts. This event lays the foundation for building a comprehensive support system for our most talented students who study abroad and are the Fund’s scholarship recipients. 

The aim of this initiative is to create a platform that allows young talents to hone their skills and later return to Serbia, as well as to connect with the business sector, public institutions, and international organisations. Event participants had a chance to network and exchange ideas, contributing to the strengthening of the support ecosystem.

Attendees agreed that Talent.Ecosystem is a key step towards creating new and innovative opportunities for young talents, as well as strengthening cooperation between various sectors to ensure suitable employment conditions for returning students.

Throughout the evening, attendees shared their experiences and generated new ideas for improving the initiative, highlighting the importance of collaboration among all participants. Creating a positive environment for the return of young talents remains a priority for Returning Point, ensuring that more young professionals choose to apply their knowledge and skills in their home country. 

Talent.Ecosystem will serve as a key support system for recipients of the Fund for Young Talents scholarship, involving partners from both the private and public sectors. Together, we are working to create favourable conditions for young leaders to return to Serbia and actively engage in the development of our communities.
