Submitting a request for extension of the temporary residence has to be accompanied with one of the following documents: an employment contract, consultancy agreement or other contractual method that proves the foreigner is working locally pursuant to applicable employment regulation, excerpt from the Company’s Registry that the applicant has established a corporate presence locally, proof of property acquisition in Republic of Serbia, proof of income from abroad or a pension payment confirmation from abroad.
